Zinc wires for metalized thermal spray coatings.

Zinc Wire metalized thermal spray coatings using zinc based alloy wires are crucial in the manufacture of various industrial products. Corrosion protection of bridges, locks & dams, above ground storage tanks, light poles and other critical infrastructure is another important application for metalized thermal spayed coatings of zinc wires. 

Zinc Wires are manufactured from special high grade zinc and Zn 99.995% according to EN 1179 - "Z1"

package; 25kg coils in 250kg - 400kg Barrel.

Mainly use zinc wire diameters are standart diameters: 1.45mm- 4.76mm according to DIN EN 14919:2001. Diameters can change by metallization pistol.
